University Network for Equal Opportunity

The University Network for Equal Opportunity (UNEO, formerly the Faculty Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace, EOWW) network supports the role of Associate and Assistant Deans (UNEO) and UNEO Coordinators and Faculty UNEO Committees in monitoring equity and diversity and developing initiatives to support the equity and diversity.

Since 1999, senior Academic staff within each faculty have been appointed as UNEO Coordinators. The Coordinators are appointed by the Dean and report to the Dean and Faculty Executive. Their role is to develop quity and diversitystrategies and report on progress in equity & diversity for both Academic and General staff.
